Steve has always known the importance of physical activity since his middle school days with is involvement in sports to weight training in college.
As an ACE certified personal trainer, he specializes in strength training and weight loss.
Steve’s philosophy focuses on mindset. The right mindset will lead to proper nutrition and daily movement, which in turn will lead to a better life.
In his pursuit to deliver a more wholistic approach to his personal training services, Steve found Living Well Balanced and decided to join the team.
