Hi, I'm Mike and I am one of the personal trainers here at Living Well Balanced! As someone who believes mental health is just as important as physical health, I like to embody that aspect into each of my sessions. Not only am I here to help you on your journey to meet and exceed your physical goals but I'm also here to help you leave with a bigger smile and greater sense of achievement.
Boxing based routines are my specialty due to the benefits obtained through sharper mental and physical health. I have been training Martial arts for about 5-6 years now and fell in love with all of the great benefits which include a more focused mindset, increased strength, greater overall health and the amazing sense of confidence I have after completing each training session.
