About Jason Calderon

Jason was born and raised in New York City. Growing up Jason was very athletic, into all the high school sports, even played for junior varsity in high school. After high school is when Jason went on and pursued to become a trainer. Jason is a Personal Trainer with a strong background on one on one physical training and coaching methods. Focused in seeing clients reach their health and fitness goals, providing a variety of personalized workouts and nutritional programs according to each client’s needs. Jason is Highly motivated, Dedicated, dependable, detail oriented, and hard working.
