What makes training at Living Well Balanced different?

Our Personal Trainers work with your body’s natural abilities by amplifying your strengths and building up your weaknesses. At Living Well Balanced, you not only receive the benefits of having a Personal Trainer to coach you through your workouts but your trainer and chiropractor work closely together. They will review results from your initial checkup and consult on any symptoms that you have been experiencing to create the perfect plan to optimize your recovery, progress, and continued wellness. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive plan tailored to you to help you reach your overall wellness goals in the fastest, most comfortable, and most convenient way possible.

What are the benefits of having your personal trainer and your physical therapist under one roof?

One-on-one training with a personal trainer is the best way to achieve your health and fitness goals. On the one hand a personal trainer designs a training regimen that is customized to your unique needs. While on the other hand, your trainer keeps you motivated enough to keep up with said regimen. However, you might start noticing some pain in your muscles and joints, or maybe an old injury starts hurting again. When that happens, having a physical therapist on hand is the best way to nip the pain in the bud before it gets any worse.

There are a number of benefits of having your personal trainer and your physical therapist under one roof:

  • At Living Well Balanced your physical therapist and trainer work together to make a workout plan that suits your needs. This is especially useful if you’re recovering from an injury or operation or have issues with muscle strength and mobility
  • Having a physical therapist on hand means you can always consult one as soon as you start feeling any pain. Usually, the longer you let muscle related pain fester, the worst it becomes. By seeking help from a physical therapist immediately, you are able to avoid that risk.
  • Having first-hand knowledge of your strengths and weaknesses, your personal trainer can help you work on specific problem areas so that you achieve your fitness goals faster.
  • As your physical therapy progresses, your trainer can keep modifying your fitness plan to suit your changing needs.
  • You get access to an exclusive training room and state-of-the-art physical training equipment and techniques all under one roof.

At Living Well Balanced we believe in integrating different health and wellness techniques to make you achieve your fitness goals. In addition to physical therapy and chiropractic you can also combine your fitness sessions with therapeutic massage, yoga, and essential oil treatment to get the most out of your fitness regimen.

Getting Started with Personal Training

Are you looking to gain a competitive edge, a healthy glow, or overall strength? At Living Well Balanced our personal fitness training program will help you achieve your goals and give you the polish you want.

When you first meet with our trainers, we will have an in-depth consultation where we will discover what your strengths are and what areas need improvement in our PT assessment. We determine your level of core strength, ability at basic movements, and overall functional movement by analyzing how your body experiences motion. If needed, we can also look at your cardiovascular fitness as well. During the consultation, we discuss what your goals are and what concerns you might have.

After gathering all of this vital information on you and your body, get ready for your first workout! Your first session will last from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your needs. Following that first work out together, your trainer will offer their recommendations on a comprehensive training plan that best suits your fitness goals based on what they find to be best for your situation. In total, your first session with one of our trainers will be 60 to 90 minutes.

If you’re ready to begin your personalized fitness program and reach your health goals in the most supportive and comfortable way possible, 212-579-2858 and schedule your consultation now!
