June is Men’s Health Month.

Men are a complicated breed. Some are all fist bumps, cold beers, and sports. Others are more finger snaps, chai tea, and a weekend at the theater. But where ever you or your loved ones fall within this vast spectrum, one thing for sure- men need to take better care of themselves.

Men have a higher death rate for most of the leading causes of death, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes and suicide. One in two men will develop cancer in their lifetime. Yet Men make one-half as many doctor visits for prevention as women. Health is your greatest asset. It’s time to start investing in yourself.
