When you first meet with our trainers, we will have an in-depth consultation where we will discover what your strengths are and what areas need improvement in our PT assessment. We determine your level of core strength, ability at basic movements, and overall functional movement by analyzing how your body experiences motion. If needed, we can also look at your cardiovascular fitness as well. During the consultation, we discuss what your goals are and what concerns you might have.
After gathering all of this vital information on you and your body, get ready for your first workout! Your first session will last from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your needs. Following that first work out together, your trainer will offer their recommendations on a comprehensive training plan that best suits your fitness goals based on what they find to be best for your situation. In total, your first session with one of our trainers will be 60 to 90 minutes.
